Here at Synergy, we treat all our customers as individuals, and work hard to make sure your service needs are met.

If you have a disability, we’ve taken steps to make your energy service more accessible and user-friendly.
Whenever possible, our services will cater to you if you’re using assistive technology like screen-readers, or Braille boards.

If you don’t have the very latest computer or software, we do all we can to make sure you can still use our growing list of website features. But in some cases we do need to keep up with the latest computer security technology for you protection.

Our recently upgraded website complies with Priority 1 W3C Accessibility Standards. Some of the accessibility features are:

  • Compatibility with text size adjustment software 
  • Descriptive alt text for images and tables 
  • Use of low file-size graphics to make download times faster 
  •  High-contrast page layouts 
  •  Assisted keyboard navigation.
